POLICIES


Cancellation Policy:

If it becomes necessary to change or cancel a massage session, I ask for 24 hours notice, or that you find someone to take your place--someone who does not have any medical contraindications to receive massage. Otherwise, I ask my clients to pay for the session in full and look forward to the next time we can work together.

Tardiness:

If a client is to be late for a scheduled session, it is at my discretion as to the length of the session that will be provided. Regardless, payment for the full session scheduled is requested. My sessions are set to start and end on time to allow my clients and myself to plan accordingly. I do my best to be ready for my clients when they arrive, but at times a previous appointment may have been extended unexpectedly. In that case, you will receive your full session, even if I am running a little late.

Length of sessions:

60 to 120 minutes in length.

My policy is to give the scheduled amount of time requested on the table for my clients. That means that a 60 minute session would be 60 minutes of table time. The intake, discussion and follow up treatment plan would not be counted in that time.  In return, I ask my clients to keep the pre and post massage interviews to less than ten minutes each.  Requests to extend the table time for the session will be honored depending upon my schedule.

Inappropriate behavior:

If any behavior is considered inappropriate (including but not limited to, off-color comments, sexual innuendo and/or rude requests), the session will be terminated immediately, and payment in full will be expected.
